The Finance Department plans, supervises, and directs the City’s Financial Management Program, including the administration of accounting, payroll, purchasing, audit, and investment functions. Serves as the City’s General Liability and Property/Casualty Insurance coordinator. Administers City Taxes and coordinates the annual independent audit of the City. Oversees the administration of cash receipts.
