The City of Fort Valley’s Public Works Grounds and Street Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty, safety, and functionality of our city’s public spaces and infrastructure. We are dedicated to providing high-quality services to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents and visitors.<\/p>

Services We Provide<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

  • Grounds Maintenance<\/li>
  • Regular mowing, trimming, and landscaping of public parks and green spaces.<\/li>
  • Maintenance of playgrounds,\u00a0 and recreational areas.<\/li>
  • Seasonal planting and care of flowers, shrubs, and trees.<\/li>
  • Street Maintenance<\/li>
  • Street sweeping, washing, and debris removal to prevent sedimentation of drainage structures and ensure safe road conditions.<\/li>
  • Pothole repairs and pavement maintenance.<\/li>
